This policy explains how Astra Nova Studios (“we”, “us”), based in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, handles information in our games, including GridFire, and on this website.
Information stored on your device
Your coins, unlocked characters, settings and whether you own GridFire Premium are saved only on your device. We do not receive or store this information. Uninstalling the game removes it, except GridFire Premium, which Google Play restores to your Google account.
Advertising
The free version of GridFire shows ads through Unity LevelPlay and its advertising partners, including ironSource Ads and Unity Ads. To show and measure ads, these services may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate your approximate location), device type and settings, app interactions, and crash and diagnostic data. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings at any time. Players who buy GridFire Premium do not see ads.

Purchases
GridFire Premium is bought through Google Play. Google handles all payment details; we never see your card or bank information. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made.
Online play, chat and voice
To let you play with others, GridFire uses online multiplayer services that receive your chosen player name, your IP address and basic game data needed to run a match. Your player name and text chat messages are visible to other players in your match. If you use voice chat, your voice is sent live to other players and is not recorded or stored by us. You can turn voice chat off in Options.
Mods (mod.io)
If you browse or download mods, the game connects to mod.io. If you create a mod.io account or upload content, mod.io’s privacy policy applies: mod.io/privacy.
Children
GridFire is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is only shared with the service providers listed above so the game can work, show ads and process purchases.
Security
Information sent by the game to these services is encrypted in transit.
Your choices and data deletion
You can delete all game data stored on your device by uninstalling the game. To ask us to delete any information associated with you, or to ask a question about your data, email astranovagames@proton.me with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will respond within 30 days. For data held by advertising partners or mod.io, you can also contact them directly using the links above.
This website
This website does not use cookies or tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
